Step 0: Create an Account or Log In

Provide your email to make a new account.

Step 1: Register as a User

Register for entry/return.
Enter passport details by scanning or manual entry.
　　　If passport expires in under six months, a warning appears.
　　　If rescanning fails, choose “Enter manually” and input info directly.
　　　Passport details are needed for tax-free purchases.

Step 2: Register Entry/Return Schedule

Enter travel info, self-entered or from a travel agency or visa application.

A. Register without citation: Fill required info.
B. Quote from agency or immigration info: Displayed info can be quoted.
C. Citing when applying for a visa: Enter visa issue number, click “Get visa information” to display and quote.

Step 3: Fill Entry/Return Procedure

• After 3:00 PM on January 31, 2024, you can also use the shared kiosk terminal at Haneda Terminal 2.
• At Haneda Airport, Fukuoka Airport, and Naha Airport, you can use the electronic declaration terminal to make your customs declaration electronically while waiting for your baggage to arrive at the baggage claim area.

To generate your tax-free 2D code, your passport needs to be scanned in advance.

Scanning Your Landing Permit Stamp
Your landing permit stamp in your passport will be scanned to generate your 2D code.
Place the stamp within the guide frame, and the code will be automatically read.
If an error occurs, check the message and try again.

Present the displayed QR code at stores accepting Tax-Free Shopping service 2D codes. Remember, screenshots cannot be used.
